Sterling Ranch News

In April of this year the original Texas home of Sterling Ranch was sold to Judith Ames of California. This necessitated the build of a new facility which was created slightly further east on Friendship Road. All year we have been busy building an even better Ranch than the original. The new facility features state of the art breeding and training barns and a 130 x 285 indoor arena. We hope you will be able to stop by and see what we have done during 2008.

Spook topped out 2007 by winning both the Restricted and Open FEI World Reining Masters with Rudi Kronsteiner for Austria. Rudi and Spook had tied with Casey Hinton on Mr Boomerjac and Gabe Hutchins on Juiced Up Doc in the Masters by scoring a 221. This meant a run off, which Spook then handily won with a 227! These two competitions put Spooks NRHA earnings right at $300,000. Tinsel Nic also attended the Masters as a last minute ride for Canadian Dany Temblay, adding $4500 to his earnings.
